Milk, curd and papaya- According to a news published in TOI, the enzyme papain present in papaya can sour or curdle milk. This can cause problems in digesting dairy products. In such a situation, never drink milk, curd or other dairy products while eating papaya. If you do this, you may get gas, bloating, stomach pain.
Fermented food and papaya- Fermented foods are tasty to eat, but do not consume them with papaya. For example, pickles, kimchi are full of probiotics and enzymes.
