Chole-bhature are almost everyone’s favourite but eating them now means inviting obesity and diseases. Especially those people who are losing weight or are high BP or heart patients. Doctors always forbid them from eating things like fried puri and bhature. If you like chole-bhature a lot then you can prepare it in this way without frying it in oil. Just note down this easy method.

Prepare the dough for Bhatura like this

To prepare the dough for Bhatura, use curd along with baking soda and yeast. This will allow the dough to rise properly. Also use a portion of wheat flour in the refined flour. This will keep the fibers intact. Knead this dough and leave it for half an hour. Then prepare the Bhatura.

Make bhatura like this without oil

-To fry Bhatura without oil, just two steps have to be followed.

-First of all roll the bhatura.

-Now heat water in a steamer. If there is no steamer then heat water in a pan and cover it with a plate with holes or a cloth.

-Now cover and steam the prepared bhatura. Two to three bhaturas will be cooked easily at a time and it will take only two minutes to cook them.

-Once these bhaturas are cooked, take them out in a plate.

-Now heat the pan and bake them. If you want, you can also bake the bhaturas in air fryer or microwave for two minutes and then take them out. Bhaturas made in no oil are ready. Eat them and enjoy.
