250 grams of pumpkin, 2 to three teaspoons of jaggery powder, salt according to taste, 2 to three teaspoons semolina, 2 to three teaspoons of chawla and one cup of wheat flour

How to make pumpkin poori? Ingredients for kaddu puri:


First step: To make pumpkin puri, first of all, peel two hundred and fifty grams of pumpkin and wash it with clean water and then cut into pieces and boil it well. When it boils, add 2 to three teaspoons of jaggery powder and a little salt and mash them well.



Second step: When it is well mashed, then add 2 to three teaspoons of semolina, 2 to three teaspoons of chawla flour and one cup of wheat flour and mix together. Now knead it well.
