Potato cheela
Everyone must have eaten potato paratha, but very few people will know about the potato cheela. If you also do not have much time to cook in the morning, then you can make potato cheela in breakfast. It takes too much time to make this healthy dish nor much fancy material. You can easily make this dish by following some steps.
First step- To make potato chila, first of all, put two potatoes in a cooker and bail. After the potato boils, peel them and mash them in a bowl.
Second step- Mix all the things well by adding a cup of gram flour, a finely chopped onion, a green chili, one-fourth spoon turmeric, half-spoon chili powder and salt in mashed potatoes.
Third step- You have to prepare a solution by adding a little water to this mixture. Keep in mind that the mixer should neither be too thin nor too much thick.
Fourth step- Now place a griddle on the gas and apply oil well on it. Spread the potato mixture on this pan and then roast.
Fifth step- You have to roast the potato cheela thoroughly from both sides.
You can serve potato cheela hot. You can eat this cheela with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney. This recipe can prove to be a healthy option for breakfast. This dish can become your favorite after testing potato cheela.
