If any of your loved ones have died, then in such a situation you have to apply within 21 days of death to make a death certificate. After this, this document is ready in 5 to 7 days. If you want to get someone’s death certificate, then first you have to go to the Municipal Corporation website or local registrar office. Go there and get a form of death certificate and fill it. After this you have to attach copies of some documents with this form. These include Aadhaar card, ration card, local residence certificate, proof of your relationship with the deceased. This includes information about the date and time of death, date of birth etc. Now take the prepared form and submit it to the Registrar/Sub-registrar’s office.
