Ingredients for making Rajasthani Jaifali Potato-

-half kilo potatoes

-2 tbsp oil

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 teaspoon grated ginger

– 2 teaspoon chopped green chillies

-1 tsp nutmeg powder

-1 teaspoon ground fennel

-1 tsp coriander powder

-1 teaspoon salt

-1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

How to make Rajasthani Nutmeg Potato-

To make Rajasthani Nutmeg Potato, first boil 5 cups of water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, add potatoes to it. After this, cover the pan with a lid and cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes until they become soft. After this, drain the water from the pan and keep the boiled potatoes aside. Now put oil in the pan and heat it on medium high flame. After this, add cumin seeds, ginger and green chilies to the oil and fry for some time. After this, add cooked potatoes, nutmeg powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and salt to the pan and cook by mixing everything well for about 5 minutes. Now add lemon juice to the pan and mix well again. After testing the salt, garnish the pan with chopped green coriander.
