When will the end of the Earth start?
Parashar Rishi tells Shri Maitreya that 30 days on earth and one month of night and one year of 12 months. Whereas one year of the Earth is equal to a day of the gods and one year of the gods is equal to 360 years of the earth. There is a Chaturyug of 12 thousand divine years. And the special thing is that 1 thousand Chaturyuga is a day of Brahma. It is said in the Vishnu Purana that the end of the earth will begin after 1 thousand Chaturyuga. Then people will become weak, there will be drought on the earth for about 100 years. And such weak people will suffer from drought and move towards their end.
The rays of the sun will burn the earth
After this, Lord Vishnu will be situated in seven rays of the sun to incorporate the whole world. And will absorb all the water of the earth. With this, not only the Earth but also various Hades will also suffer from the effects of drought. Then with the influence of Lord Vishnu, seven rays of the Sun will become seven suns. After this, she will consume the three worlds with her light. Then this earth will become rigid like a turtle back. Not only this, Shri Hari Vishnu will burn Hades from under the mouth of Sheshnag. After this, the earth will burn the world. Then we will also burn heaven. With this, the people who want the hereafter will go to the sages. But after this there will also be an outbreak of fire, due to which they will go to Janlok. Then Lord Vishnu will burn the whole world.
How will the age of the universe end?
After this, Lord Vishnu will bring lightning in a dangerous manner and very dense clouds will rise in the sky. These clouds with different colors and forms will rain so densely on the earth that the flames burning the earth will calm down. These clouds will not sit peacefully until they immerse the whole world in water. After this, they will also immerse the people above the earth. These clouds will rain for more than 100 years. In this way the age of the universe will be eliminated.
The air coming out of Shrimukh will remove the clouds
After this, in the fourth chapter of Vishnu Purana, the sage Parashar further states that when there will be so much water in the world that the place of the Saptaris will also start sinking and the whole earth will become like Mahasamudra. After this, the air coming out of the mouth of Lord Vishnu will destroy those clouds. After this, this terrible air will last for 100 years. Then Lord Vishnu will drink this air and sleep on his snake bed. When Lord Vishnu wakes up, the whole world becomes distraught and when he goes to sleep on the bed of Maya, the world also becomes absorbed.
Then the world will be created again
It is said in the Vishnu Purana that just as one day of Brahmaji is equal to a thousand Chaturyuga, similarly his night is equally long. When his night ends, Lord Vishnu wakes up and takes the form of Brahma. After this, they create creation.
