हर साल की तरह इस बार भी इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न (ITR) फाइल करने का समय करीब आ गया है। लेकिन 2025 में रिटर्न फाइल करने से पहले कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव और नए नियम लागू होने जा रहे हैं, जिनका असर हर टैक्सपेयर पर पड़ेगा। अगर आप नौकरीपेशा हैं, फ्रीलांसर हैं या किसी भी माध्यम से आय अर्जित करते हैं, तो इन बदलावों की जानकारी आपके लिए बेहद जरूरी है। इस साल सरकार ने बजट में टैक्सपेयर्स, खासकर मिडल क्लास और लोअर इनकम ग्रुप को राहत देने के लिए कई नई घोषणाएं की हैं। इन बदलावों को अपनाकर आप न सिर्फ टैक्स बचा सकते हैं, बल्कि रिटर्न फाइल करना भी पहले से आसान हो जाएगा। आइए जानते हैं वो 5 बड़े बदलाव जो 2025 में रिटर्न फाइल करने से पहले जानना जरूरी है। 1. बेसिक एग्जेम्प्शन लिमिट अब 4 लाख रुपये 2025 के बजट में नए टैक्स सिस्टम (New Tax Regime) के तहत बेसिक एग्जेम्प्शन लिमिट को 3 लाख से बढ़ाकर 4 लाख रुपये करने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। यानी अगर आपकी सालाना टैक्स योग्य इनकम 4 लाख रुपये तक है, तो आपको कोई टैक्स नहीं देना होगा। इसके साथ ही, यदि आपकी आय 4 लाख से कम है और आपने कुछ विशेष शर्तों जैसे 1 करोड़ से अधिक बैंक डिपॉजिट, 2 लाख से अधिक विदेश यात्रा खर्च, या 1 लाख से अधिक बिजली खर्च को पूरा नहीं किया है, तो आपको ITR फाइल करने की भी जरूरत नहीं होगी। 2. 12 लाख तक इनकम वालों को टैक्स छूट नए प्रस्ताव के अनुसार अब 12 लाख रुपये तक की इनकम वालों को भी टैक्स छूट दी जाएगी, लेकिन यह सुविधा सिर्फ न्यू टैक्स रिजीम को चुनने वालों के लिए होगी। पहले यह छूट 7 लाख रुपये तक की आय वालों के लिए थी। हालांकि, इस सुविधा का लाभ लेने के लिए ITR फाइल करना अनिवार्य होगा, भले ही टैक्स देय ना हो। 3. नए टैक्स रिजीम में अब होंगे 7 स्लैब सरकार ने न्यू टैक्स रिजीम को और फेयर बनाने के लिए टैक्स स्लैब की संख्या बढ़ाकर 7 कर दी है। इसका उद्देश्य हर इनकम लेवल के लिए एक उपयुक्त टैक्स रेट तय करना है। ये स्लैब इस प्रकार हैं: ₹0 - ₹4 लाख : कोई टैक्स नहीं ₹4,01,000 - ₹8 लाख : 5% ₹8,01,000 - ₹12 लाख : 10% ₹12,01,000 - ₹16 लाख : 15% ₹16,01,000 - ₹20 लाख : 20% ₹20,01,000 - ₹24 लाख : 25% ₹24 लाख से ऊपर : 30% 4. अपडेटेड ITR की समय सीमा अब 5 साल पहले जहां अपडेटेड ITR फाइल करने की सीमा 3 साल थी, अब इसे बढ़ाकर 5 साल करने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। यानी अगर आपने समय पर रिटर्न फाइल नहीं किया या किसी गलती को सुधारना चाहते हैं, तो अब आपके पास 2 साल ज्यादा समय होगा। ध्यान रखें, जितना ज्यादा लेट आप रिटर्न फाइल करेंगे, पेनल्टी और ब्याज की राशि भी उतनी अधिक होगी। 5. दो घरों पर टैक्स छूट की सुविधा अब तक एक ही घर पर टैक्स छूट मिलती थी, लेकिन बजट 2025 के बाद टैक्सपेयर दो घरों पर टैक्स छूट का दावा कर सकते हैं। अगर एक घर में आप खुद रहते हैं और दूसरे से कोई खास किराया नहीं मिल रहा, तो उस घर की नॉमिनल रेंटल इनकम पर टैक्स नहीं देना होगा। पुरानी या नई टैक्स रिजीम – किसे चुनें? नई टैक्स प्रणाली में टैक्स स्लैब भले ही सरल हों, लेकिन इसमें 80C, HRA, LTA जैसी छूटें नहीं मिलतीं। हालांकि अब स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को बढ़ाकर ₹75,000 कर दिया गया है। वहीं, पुराने टैक्स सिस्टम में आपको 80C के तहत PPF, LIC, ELSS, FD, और सुकन्या योजना जैसी बचतों पर छूट मिलती है। होम लोन, HRA, 80D (हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस) जैसी कटौतियों का फायदा भी यहीं मिलता है। अगर आप ज्यादा निवेश करते हैं, तो पुराना सिस्टम आपके लिए ज्यादा फायदेमंद हो सकता है। कुछ जरूरी बातें जो ध्यान रखें 80C के तहत निवेश करके टैक्स बचाएं होम लोन ब्याज पर सेक्शन 24(b) में 2 लाख तक की छूट HRA, ग्रेच्युटी, इंटरनेट व फूड अलाउंस जैसी छूट 80D में हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस पर 1 लाख रुपये तक डिडक्शन लेट फाइलिंग पर पेनल्टी: 5 लाख से कम इनकम पर ₹1000, उससे ऊपर पर ₹5000 निष्कर्ष 2025 में इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइल करने से पहले इन नए नियमों और बदलावों को समझना बेहद जरूरी है। इससे न केवल आप टैक्स बचा पाएंगे, बल्कि किसी भी तरह के जुर्माने से भी बच सकते हैं। अगर आपको यह समझने में परेशानी हो रही है कि कौन सी टैक्स प्रणाली आपके लिए बेहतर है, तो एक बार अपनी इनकम, निवेश और खर्चों का विश्लेषण जरूर करें।

भारत की लाइफ लाइन कही जाने वाली इंडियन रेलवे न सिर्फ देश की सबसे बड़ी परिवहन प्रणाली है, बल्कि यह करोड़ों भारतीयों के जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन चुकी है। रोजाना लाखों लोग ट्रेन से सफर करते हैं—कभी ऑफिस जाने के लिए, तो कभी लंबी दूरी तय करने के लिए। भारतीय रेलवे का सफर सिर्फ सस्ता और आरामदायक ही नहीं होता, बल्कि यह कई ऐसी मुफ्त सेवाएं भी देता है जिनकी जानकारी अधिकतर लोगों को नहीं होती। तो आइए जानते हैं वो सुविधाएं जो आपको ट्रेन टिकट के साथ फ्री में मिलती हैं लेकिन अक्सर नजरअंदाज रह जाती हैं। 1. फ्री वाई-फाई सेवा अगर आप स्टेशन पर समय से पहले पहुंच जाते हैं और ट्रेन लेट हो जाती है, तो रेलवे की तरफ से आपको मुफ्त वाई-फाई सेवा दी जाती है। देश के हजारों रेलवे स्टेशनों पर हाई-स्पीड इंटरनेट उपलब्ध है जिसे यात्री अपने मोबाइल नंबर के जरिए कनेक्ट कर सकते हैं और इंटरनेट का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। 2. सफर के दौरान फ्री इलाज ट्रेन में सफर करते समय यदि कोई यात्री अस्वस्थ हो जाए तो वह रेलवे के हेल्पलाइन नंबर 139 पर कॉल कर मदद मांग सकता है। रेलवे की मेडिकल टीम जरूरत पड़ने पर स्टेशन पर या ट्रेन में पहुंचकर मुफ्त इलाज और दवाइयां देती है। 3. एसी कोच में चादर, कंबल और तकिया अगर आप एसी क्लास (AC, 2AC, 3AC) में सफर कर रहे हैं, तो आपको रेलवे की तरफ से बेडरोल दिया जाता है, जिसमें चादर, कंबल और तकिया शामिल होते हैं। यह सेवा टिकट के किराए में शामिल होती है और अलग से कोई चार्ज नहीं देना होता। हालांकि, गरीब रथ एक्सप्रेस जैसी कुछ ट्रेनों में इसके लिए ₹25 चार्ज लिया जाता है। 4. खाने की सुविधा (कुछ ट्रेनों में) कुछ स्पेशल ट्रेनों जैसे राजधानी, शताब्दी और वंदे भारत में यात्रियों को उनकी सीट पर खाना परोसा जाता है। हालांकि यह सेवा पूरी तरह से फ्री नहीं होती, लेकिन इसके लिए अलग से कोई भुगतान नहीं करना पड़ता क्योंकि इसका शुल्क पहले से ही टिकट के किराए में शामिल होता है। 5. वेटिंग हॉल का उपयोग अगर आपकी ट्रेन लेट हो जाती है और आपको स्टेशन पर इंतजार करना पड़ता है, तो आप रेलवे स्टेशन पर बने एसी और नॉन-एसी वेटिंग रूम्स में आराम से बैठ सकते हैं। इसके लिए बस आपको अपना टिकट दिखाना होता है। कुछ स्टेशनों पर इसके लिए नाममात्र शुल्क लिया जाता है। 6. यात्रियों को मिलता है 10 लाख रुपये तक का बीमा आपको यह जानकर हैरानी होगी कि जब भी आप ट्रेन का टिकट बुक करते हैं, तो रेलवे आपके लिए 10 लाख रुपये तक का बीमा कवरेज देती है। इसके लिए सिर्फ ₹0.45 पैसे का चार्ज टिकट के साथ जोड़ा जाता है। अगर सफर के दौरान कोई हादसा होता है तो यात्री या उनके परिजनों को इसका मुआवजा मिलता है। 7. दिव्यांग और बुजुर्गों के लिए विशेष सुविधा रेलवे चलने-फिरने में असमर्थ या विशेष आवश्यकता वाले यात्रियों के लिए व्हीलचेयर, स्ट्रेचर और सहायक स्टाफ जैसी सुविधाएं भी प्रदान करता है। बस यात्री को स्टेशन पहुंचकर संबंधित काउंटर से संपर्क करना होता है। 8. शिकायत कैसे करें? अगर आपको सफर के दौरान कोई सुविधा नहीं मिलती या किसी प्रकार की समस्या होती है, तो आप रेलवे में ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। शिकायत के विकल्प इस प्रकार हैं: बुकिंग ऑफिस में कंप्लेंट बुक में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करें। ऑनलाइन पोर्टल: pgportal.gov.in हेल्पलाइन नंबर: 9717630982, 011-23386203, 139 निष्कर्ष भारतीय रेलवे केवल एक यात्रा साधन नहीं, बल्कि यात्रियों की जरूरतों को समझने वाला एक जिम्मेदार सेवा प्रदाता भी है। अगर यात्रियों को इन सुविधाओं की सही जानकारी हो, तो उनका सफर न केवल आरामदायक बल्कि ज्यादा किफायती भी हो सकता है। अगली बार जब आप ट्रेन से यात्रा करें, तो इन फ्री सेवाओं का पूरा लाभ उठाएं और अपने अनुभव को बेहतर बनाएं।
