Ingredients for making Moong Dal Paneer Chilla-
Yellow Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
-Paneer – 1 bowl (grated)
– Asafoetida – a pinch
Green chili paste – 1 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander – 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
-salt – to taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
– Besan – 1 tbsp
Oil – as required
Method to make Moong Dal Paneer Chilla-
To make Moong Dal Paneer Chilla, first of all, keep the moong dal in water to soak for 3-4 hours. After this, grind the lentils and prepare its paste. Take out this paste in a bowl and add salt, sugar, asafoetida and green chili paste and mix it well. Now take another vessel and prepare the filling by adding paneer, salt, chaat masala, gram flour, green coriander in it.
Now keep the tawa on the gas. Adding moong dal paste and spreading it, apply ghee on top. When the chilla starts to cook, spread the paneer filling on it and pour it. Cook the chilla till it turns golden brown. Now fold the chilla from both the sides and take it off the gas. Your Tasty and Healthy Moong Dal Paneer Chilla is ready.
