Take less stress: The more you think about the war running between India and Pakistan, the more bad the mental health will be affected. So take the least stress. Think good, follow a good diet, exercise, walk and put yourself in other tasks. This will reduce stress and will not stress you.

Get enough sleep: The biggest reason for stress is the absence of sleep. So do not keep a mobile near your bed. Turn off the mobile one hour before bedtime and get enough sleep. Good sleep helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
