First step- First take 2-3 potatoes and wash them thoroughly and peel them. Cut the potatoes like a french fries. Now put them in cold water or in normal water. Remove the potato after a while.
Second step- Now add mustard oil to a pan. Break a little cumin, a little asafetida and 2 dry red chillies in the oil. Now immediately add potatoes to it and stir. Add salt and a pinch of turmeric to the potato. Now cook it for a while first. When the potatoes are cooked lightly, open the potato while stirring until crispy.
Third step- Make potatoes as much as you have to eat as crispy. Now to give a separate flavor to this vegetable, add para-pary masala to it. Add finely chopped green coriander on top and ready is very crispy, delicious and fun potato vegetable. You must eat it with roti or paratha.
Fourth Step- If you do not have a parry-parry masala, then add mango powder, a little coriander powder and red chili powder in a crispy potato and cook for 1 minute and turn off the gas. This also increases the taste of potato vegetable.
