Halwa chana recipe for kanya puja

By feeding Kanjak during Navratri one attains virtue. It is believed that girls are the form of goddess. Therefore he is worshiped and Halwa Puri is offered. Halwa, puri and chana are especially made on the day of Kanya Puja. Whose taste is such that you will not be satisfied after eating it. However, for some people, halwa and gram do not become so tasty. Today we are telling you the recipe of making melt-in-your-mouth halwa and chana. With this you can quickly make halwa on the day of Kanya Puja.

Recipe of Semolina Rava Halwa:

Step 1- To prepare semolina halwa, put 1 cup semolina in a pan and add enough ghee in it that the semolina gets thoroughly wetted in the ghee. Now fry the semolina on low flame until it turns golden.

When the semolina is roasted properly, the aroma will start coming. Put 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar in a pan and cook on second flame. When the sugar dissolves well, mix ground cardamom powder in it.

Step 2- Now put 10-12 saffron strands in a bowl and soak them in water. When the saffron leaves its color completely, add water and fiber to the semolina. Add sugar water to the semolina. Now cook the semolina on medium flame until it swells.

Step 3- Keep the halwa you are making to feed the girl light and thin. This halwa tastes better. If you want, add cashews, raisins and chironji to the halwa. Very tasty semolina rava pudding will be ready.

How to make black gram for Kanya Puja:

Step 1- To prepare black gram for Kanya Puja, soak 1 cup of black gram in water overnight. In the morning, wash these grams with water and boil them. After 2-3 whistles, drain the water from the gram and separate it.

Step 2- Now add 2 spoons of ghee or oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon coriander powder and mix gram. Cook the gram for 5 minutes and turn off the gas. Add some finely chopped green coriander on top.
