Passenger and freight customers will get one-stop solution on IRCTC SuperApp. On opening the IRCTC SuperApp, customers will see 2 options – Passenger and Freight. You can choose the option according to your need. Passengers will get the service of reserved ticket booking, unreserved ticket booking, tour package booking, religious train booking, flight booking, cab and hotel booking. Apart from this, booking of e-Catering, Retiring Room and Executive Lounge can also be done through the Super App. Whereas, freight customers can register for bulk item booking, parcel booking, any type of freight movement across the country and avail the services on SuperApp.
