This is how you start your day
Rakul Preet starts her day by drinking lukewarm water. Then she likes to drink cinnamon water or turmeric water. After this she eats five soaked almonds and one soaked walnut. After these things, she drinks black coffee with ghee. And then she works out.

She chooses her breakfast keeping in mind her workout. Sometimes she drinks a protein smoothie after exercise. At times she also has breakfast. In which she includes eggs, poha or sprouts cheela.
Lunch remains heavy
Rakul’s lunch is a little heavy. It consists of rice or roti with vegetables. Along with this, she includes fish and chicken in her diet for protein.
Snack Time
At snack time around 4:30 pm, she eats protein chia pudding. She eats fruit, yogurt, buttered toast, or some nuts.
dinner stays light
The actress has dinner by 7 pm. She includes carbs in it too, but a little less than during the day. Along with this, she eats some kind of protein and vegetables.
