Amla and Garlic Chutney

Ingredients to make Amla Chutney:
8-10 Amla, piece of ginger, chopped coriander, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 2-3 green chillies, 1 tsp mustard oil, salt as per taste.
Method to make Amla Chutney:
Step 1: To make Amla Chutney, first wash the Amla in clean water. After that cut the Amla into small pieces and throw away the seeds. After that, cut the thick stalk of coriander leaves, wash it in water and chop it finely. After this, cut green chillies into fine pieces. Now add amla pieces, green coriander leaves and chilli in the mixer jar and blend it.
Second Step: After this, open the lid of the mixer and add some ginger pieces, garlic pieces, salt as per taste and a little water, close the lid and grind the chutney while stirring for 1 to 2 minutes till it becomes very fine (if you want to mix it If you don’t like the taste of chutney then you can also use seal batta to drink it.
Step 3: Now, pour the amla chutney from the mixer jar into a bowl. Your tasty chutney is ready. It can be used in food by keeping it in the refrigerator for a week.
