Ingredients for making Pudina Paratha-
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Mint leaves chopped- 1/2 cup
-Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
-Dry mint – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
– Desi Ghee – 3 tbsp
– Salt – as per taste
Method for making Pudina Paratha-
To make Pudina Paratha, first after sifting flour in a bowl, add chopped mint leaves, grated ginger, 2 tsp oil and salt as per taste and mix it well. Now add little water and knead the dough and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
After the prescribed time, knead the dough one more time and make medium sized balls of the dough. Now in a separate bowl add dry mint, red chili powder and a little salt and mix all three. Now take a dough ball and roll it. Put dry mint mixture on it and spread it all around.
Now roll the paratha and after that make a roll like lachha paratha. After this, roll the paratha by pressing the roll from the middle. Now heat the pan on medium heat. When the tawa is hot, put the paratha on it and roast it. During this, apply ghee on the paratha from both the sides and fry it crisply. When the color of the paratha becomes golden brown, remove it from the pan. Your Tasty Pudina Paratha is ready. You can serve these parathas with curd or chutney.
