Ingredients for Pickling Onions
4-5 onions
8-10 green chillies
A teaspoon of nigella seeds
Amchur Powder
Kashmiri Red Chilli
Turmeric Powder
Spice
finely chopped green coriander
Lemon juice
One teaspoon mustard oil

Onion Pickling Recipe
First of all, cut the onion into long and thick pieces and separate its strips.
Also cut the green chillies lengthwise into two parts.
Now add some spices to this onion.
First of all, add half a teaspoon of fennel. Along with this, add one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Add chaat masala and dry mango powder.
Now add salt as per taste and mix. Also add some finely chopped coriander leaves.
For tempering, heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida. Also add nigella seeds and mustard seeds and fry them and pour over the onions.
Mix well and leave for five minutes. Tasty instant onion pickle is ready. Serve it with dal rice and enjoy.
