It is very easy to make and its spicy taste will be liked by everyone from children to adults.

You will need these ingredients to make it

About two cups of yellow moong dal (soaked overnight), salt to taste, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, half cup of tomatoes, cucumber and onion (you can add your favorite vegetables like carrot, raw mango, capsicum), lemon juice, chaat masala, finely chopped coriander (about two tablespoons), black pepper powder, potato sev and a little oil.

The way to make it is very easy

It is very easy to make moong dal chaat. To make it, first of all, cook the moong dal soaked overnight in a cooker by adding two cups of water. After about two to three whistles, your dal will be well cooked. Now heat two spoons of oil in a pan. Add boiled dal to it. Mix all the spices one by one. After mixing the spices well, add chopped onion, tomato and other vegetables to the dal. Keep in mind that if you are adding cucumber to the salad, then do not add cucumber at this time. Now take out this mixture in a bowl and when it cools down, add cucumber, lemon, chaat masala and black salt to it and mix well.
