Walking is an exercise that not only keeps our body fit, but also improves our mental health. Regular walking keeps our body weight under control. Blood circulation remains fast and all the parts of the body get oxygen freely.

If you want to eliminate stored fat, then you should make a 30-day walking plan. In the initial days, you should walk for 15 minutes every day. You can walk in the morning or evening. Keep in mind that you should give rest to your body while walking. During this time, you should avoid walking fast. You should do this for the first week. After this, you should increase the duration of walking in the second week.

After a week, start walking for 30 minutes every day. By doing this, blood circulation in your body will increase and your mental health will improve. In the third week, increase the duration of walking for another 15 minutes. That is, start walking for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes every day. By doing this, your weight will remain under control. After this, in the fourth week, you can increase the duration of your walking for another 15 minutes.

After three weeks, in the fourth week, you have to walk for one hour (60 minutes) every day. Along with following this routine, you need to pay special attention to some things. Keep in mind that while walking, give rest to your body and avoid walking fast. Wear comfortable shoes to give rest to your feet while walking.
