If you are late for going to office, then you can make instant paneer bhurji. This recipe is quick to prepare and is healthy too. Some things should be kept in mind while making Paneer Bhurji, otherwise the taste of Paneer Bhurji gets spoiled.
Ingredients for making Paneer Bhurji-
1 cup cheese
1/4 cup capsicum (chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
2 onions (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard
salt to taste
oil as required
Method to make Paneer Bhurji-
Heat oil in a pan. Now add cumin, mustard seeds and green chilies to it. After this add onion and capsicum and fry it till golden brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it. After this, reduce the flame and now add turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and tomato sauce and mix it. After the spices are fried well, add some water to it, so that the spices mix well. Now add mashed paneer to it. Cook it well on high flame. If you want to give it a tasty twist, you can add tomato ketchup to it.
Cooking Tips-
Put the paneer in the last, so that it can get the taste of all the spices.
Do not add too much oil to the bhurji. This will not make the bhurji taste good.
You can also add garlic-ginger paste to it.
If you like peas, then you can also add peas to it.
