You must have tasted paneer bhurji at least once. The taste of crumbled paneer cooked with onion, tomato, ginger, chilli and some spices is amazing. Paneer Bhurji Sandwich
Sandwich tastes good in breakfast. You can also give it in children’s tiffin. Sandwiches are made from different things. But if you want, you can make sandwiches using leftover paneer bhurji. To make it, fill paneer bhurji between two bread slices and prepare toast.
Paneer Bhurji Roll
After spreading it on roti or parantha, you can make a roll of it. To enhance its taste, first apply ketchup on roti or parantha. Then add some chopped tomatoes, onion and cucumber and roll it. You can also give it to children in tiffin by rolling it in foil.
Fried Rice and Noodles
You can prepare pulao from the leftover bhurji. For this, boil the basmati rice by adding some whole spices like cinnamon, cloves, star anise. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the rice with cumin seeds and bay leaves and also add paneer bhurji. Mix well and then serve.
Paneer Bhurji Paratha
If you like paneer paratha, then make paratha from the leftover bhurji. Serve this paratha with white butter, pickle or curd. If you want to eat something healthy and different for breakfast, then you can eat this.
