Sadly days go away, but why don’t memories go? Scientific and emotional reasons will be shocked in viral footage

दुखभरे दिन चले जाते हैं लेकिन यादें क्यों नहीं जातीं? वायरल फुटेज में वैज्ञानिक और भावनात्मक कारण जान रह जाएंगे हैरान

Life is a continuous moving journey in which happiness, sorrow, joy, sadness, ups and downs continue to come and go. But you must have often realized that as time passes, the sad days are left at some point, but the bitter memories of those days sit in the mind as if they have made a permanent house there. The question is, why does this happen?

Indeed, the structure of human brain is such that it keeps painful experiences more deeply and more deeply. Scientific research suggests that when we experience any pain or stress -filled phenomenon, the emygdala part of the brain becomes highly active at that time. This part controls emotions and plays an important role in keeping memories related to especially fear, sorrow and suffering for a long time.

Whenever the memory of these sad moments is activated again in the brain, it takes us to the same emotional position in which we were ever. This is the reason that even though those days have passed, their memories remain alive and sometimes even seeing a listened voice, smell or place, those feelings wake up again. There is another reason behind this-emotional depth. When an experience shocks our soul, it affects us not only mental but also at physical, emotional and social level. For example, someone’s untimely death, breakdown of a relationship, disintegration of a dream – such moments leave deep emotional marks within a human being.

On the contrary, moments of happiness also come, but their effect is often transient. Unless we keep them or remember them again and again, those feelings start to fading. Sorrow, especially if no solution has come out of it or it is incomplete, then his burden remains on the mind-brain for a long time. The human nature is also somewhat to some extent that it gives more priority to suffering. Perhaps this is a behavior developed to protect our existence – that we remember the experiences that damaged us so that there is no mistake in the future.

Nevertheless, it is not necessary that these sad memories only have negative effects. If we want, we can create these experiences of learning, introspection and self -confidence. Many people bring a big change in life by taking inspiration from these memories. They make themselves mentally and strong, and become an example of sensitivity by becoming a participant in the suffering of others.

The problem begins when these memories begin to swallow our present. Therefore, it is important that we develop such ability within us so that we accept the passage of the past, learn from them, but do not let them dominate our ‘now’. Meditation, yoga, music, writing, counseling – all these methods can be helpful in lightening that emotional burden.

It is said, “The wounds are healed, but the marks remain.” But if these marks are also seen from the right point of view, then they can become the story of our spiritual development. Remember, every bitter memory also brings with us a message and strength – just need to understand it from the right perspective. So, the sad days may pass, but if we accept the memories of those sad moments wisely, they become a symbol of maturity of our soul, not a canker.
