If your Aadhaar card linked number has been deactivated or you do not have the number, then you can update your number in the database of UIDAI. For this, you have to go to your nearest base center. Follow the steps below to change the phone number in the Aadhaar card.
Step 1: Go to your nearest base enrollment center.
Step 2: Fill the Aadhaar update/correction form.
Step 3: Give form to Aadhaar card executive. Your number will be updated with your biometric verification.
Step 4: To update the phone number in the Aadhaar card, you have to pay a fee of Rs 50.
Step 5: You will get acknowledgment slip from the Aadhaar card center. It contains your update request number (URN). You can check your update request through this number.

Step 1: To update the mobile number to the Aadhaar card, visit the official site of India Post Payment Bank (https://www.ippbonline.com/).
Step 2: After opening the site, you have to go to the service request option here.
Step 3: Open next non-IPPB banking.
Step 4: Click ‘Dorstep Banking’. After this, the base-mobile update box will appear, on which you have to tick. Then a form will appear below. Enter all the details here.
Step 5: Finally after filling the form, tap on the submit button.
After submitting the application form, you will be contacted by the Department of Posts. Depending on your availability, biometrics will come to your home to enroll and complete KYC. Once biometric is made, the mobile number will be updated in Aadhaar.
How to verify mobile number in Aadhaar card
