Sleep, hunger, gas, urine... do not stop these 13 things coming out of the body even by mistake, it can cause huge damage

Never Stop These 13 Natural Urges: Many times it happens that when we are busy in some work or watching our favorite TV show, we stop urinating or defecating for a long time. Nowadays, you will find this habit a lot in children engaged in mobiles. While watching their favorite videos, children often forget to go to the toilet. Not only this, even when we are busy in some important work in the office, we delay these things. But by ignoring these signals from the body, do you know how big a mess you are playing with your health? It is said in Ayurveda, ‘Vegan na dharayet’, that is, the urges should never be stopped. Know which are those 13 urges of the body which should never be stopped even by mistake.

According to Ayurveda, stopping these impulses of the body means that we are hitting an axe on our own health. Vagbhat Rishi has told this in the fourth chapter of ‘Ashtant Hridaya Sutrasthan’. These 13 impulses of the body are counted among the unsustainable impulses. Vagbhat Rishi has said that if you create these 13 impulses of the body artificially or try to stop them from coming out of the body in any way, then many diseases arise in the body. That is, by stopping these impulses, you are yourself inviting diseases in your body.

These are the 13 movements of the body which should not be stopped at all.

These 13 movements of the body, which should not be stopped at all

1. Apana Vayu velocity (i.e. the gas or air that comes out of the anus in the body should never be stopped)
2. Stool velocity
3. Urine velocity
4. You should never stop a sneeze.
5. If you feel hungry then you should never stop it.
6. If you are thirsty, then you should not stop that urge.
7. Sleep is also a force which should never be stopped.
8. Whenever you get a cough, never stop it.
9. Rapid breathing caused by exertion i.e. when you do some hard work and after that your breathing becomes fast, then it should also never be stopped.
10. If you feel like yawning, you should never stop it.
11. If tears are coming out of your eyes, you should not stop them.
12. If someone feels the urge to vomit, he should not be stopped.
13. Velocity of Venus – means that men should not stop the velocity of their semen.

These urges of the body should neither be stopped nor should they be created artificially. But in today’s lifestyle, not only do we stop these urges but we also create them artificially. For example, many times we do not drink water even when we are thirsty. At the same time, for skin glow or to fulfill the target of drinking 3 liters of water a day, we drink water even when we are not thirsty. Many times, due to manners in social life, we suppress some urges, which should not be done at all.

These forces of the body should neither be stopped nor created artificially.
