It is conducted from 05:30 am to 06:30 pm and from 05:30 pm to 06:30 pm.

Yoga teacher Suman Kumari told Local 18 that 15 to 20 women come here every day to do yoga. This class has been running for many months. Many women had problems of obesity and acidity. They were also connected to yoga. Today they are feeling the difference. Yoga is the most important way to keep your body healthy. By doing yoga, we can improve ourselves and our health. If anyone wants to do yoga, then they can come directly to the Ayush Hospital Center at 05:30 in the morning. Free classes are conducted here.

Kanchan Kumari, resident of Chainpur, has been practicing yoga for the past 4 months. In four months, she has lost 15 kg of weight. She said that earlier there was a lot of heaviness in the body. There was pain in the knees. After joining the yoga class, there has been a difference. Now there is more agility in doing any work. Laziness has gone away. Earlier it was difficult to climb stairs.
