I got a chance to meet many successful people in life and work. I read books of successful people. I learned from all of them that there should be a long -term plan for success in life. It is possible that everyone’s success definitions are different. For a poor man, bread for two times is success. In my view, Tata, Birla, Reliance, Mother Teresa, Kailash students are all successful people. The definition of my success is that you can bring a smile on the face of how many people in life.
Life goal
As before, if you want to achieve something in life, then it has no shortcut. For that you have to work tirelessly with full dedication and that too continuously and for a long time. Now if you learn about the life of former President APJ Abdul Kalam for example, then you will know how much poor family they were and how far they reached. As a child, he completed his studies by selling newspapers/magazines. He made incomparable contribution to the country as a director in ISRO. He then illuminated the name of the country by becoming the President of the country.
If you try to know the essence or purpose of his life, then you will know that if someone met him, the sole purpose of Kalam Saheb was to do something good for him and the person he met, he could be an assistant or office boy or Prime Minister of a country. He had only one purpose and he was completely successful in it. Another similar example can be taken of the General Electric Company which is a very large American multinational company. A man was behind its success and that name is Jack Welsh.
Now if you read about Jack Welsh’s life, then you will know that he was born in a middle class family. He used to work in a nearby golf course after coming from school during his school days. During the school holidays, he used to sell shoes and slippers etc. on the road. After graduation, he started his career as a trainee in the GE company and after 14 years he reached the post of CEO of the company. After becoming a CEO, he made a change that I do not bring a short term plan to me, bring a long term plan. His decision changed the company. If you look around you, you will find many other examples.
Hard work with faith
For success in life, all of us should also think long term and keep trying to move forward without being afraid of small failures. Today, due to corona, we are all struggling with some trouble. In such a situation, if we do not be disappointed and keep trying to achieve our goal, then we will definitely get success. Whether we are studying, doing jobs or doing some work, if we continue to work hard with full confidence, then we will definitely get success.
