If you also like chutney, then today we have brought you a recipe of mango and garlic taste. Now, if you do not eat mango chutney in summer, then what should be eaten. So today, we have brought you the recipe of garlic and mango chutney recipe. This mango and garlic sauce is so tasty that if you taste it once, you will keep licking your fingers. So, let’s know how to make this mango and garlic chutney recipe?

Ingredients for mango and garlic sauce: ingredients for green coriander and garlic chutney:

2 green chillies, a raw mango chopped, fresh coriander half cup, 9 to 10 garlic, half a teaspoon of ginger, half teaspoon tamarind pulp, salt as per taste

How to make mango and garlic sauce? How to make garlic and green coriander chutney


First step: First wash the mango with water and then peel it thoroughly. Now do small pieces of mangoes and throw the seeds. After that, peel 9 to 10 garlic well and clean the coriander leaves and wash it with water.



Second step: In the next step, add 2 green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, half a teaspoon of grated ginger, garlic and mango pieces and salt as per taste. And then add water to it and grind them finely. Keep in mind that do not add much water or else the sauce will become thin. Then that taste will not come to eat. Therefore, keep the amount of water low. (If you do not like the taste of mixer sauce, then you can also grind the chutney on a silb container)



Third step: Now remove this sauce in a bowl in the next step and add soaked tamarind pulp and water and then mix well. Mango and garlic -rich sauce is ready. Now, enjoy it.
