Paltha of lentils

First step- First take out one and a half cup of wheat flour in a parat. Now put a cup of lentils in this plate.
Second step- Now you have to add a fine chopped onion, a finely chopped green chili, a little finely chopped coriander, salt, half small spoon celery, turmeric and red chili.
Third step- Mix all these things and knead soft dough. Now keep this dough covered for about 10-15 minutes.
Fourth step- Once this flour is set, you have to make dough from it. Now roll these dough.
Fifth step- After this, heat the pan and add ghee or oil to it. Now you have to bake the paratha well from both sides till they become golden.
Sixth Step- You can serve the hot paratha of this lentil with curd or pickle or sauce.
