Paneer Kulcha Recipe:

Step 1: To make Paneer Kulcha, first make the dough. For this, add 1 cup of flour, half cup of wheat flour, 2 spoons of semolina, half cup of curd, 1 pinch of baking soda, 1 spoon of oil and a little salt and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it to set for about half an hour.

Second Step: Now prepare the cheese stuffing. For this, grate the cheese. Now add green coriander, green chilli, salt, red chilli, finely chopped onion and 1 pinch of garam masala. Keep the stuffing aside.

Third Step: Now to apply on top of Kulcha, finely chop green coriander and take out 2 spoons of nigella seeds. Now set the kneaded dough and then make a thick ball. Make one ball big and then place the cheese stuffing in it. Use dry flour for rolling. After rolling a little, stick chopped coriander and nigella seeds on top and then roll it.

Fourth Step: Now heat the pan and put the prepared Paneer Kulcha on it. Bake the Panik Kulcha on medium flame by applying ghee on both the sides. You have to bake it till it becomes light crisp and then take it out and apply butter. Serve Paneer Kulcha with green coriander chutney. You can also make plain Kulcha in the same way without filling it with paneer.
