In such a situation, you can make many types of dessert recipes with yogurt. In summer, the dessert recipes made of yogurt are delicious as well as cooling the body. Yogurt contains probiotics, calcium and cooling elements, which keep digestion in summer and give freshness. Fruit Yogurt: beat the curd well. Now add honey to it and add chopped fruits on top. Now serve it cold. This fruit made of yogurt and fruit is rich in yogurt probiotics, prebiotics, high quality proteins, important fatty acids and vitamins and minerals.
Mishti Doi: Curd is cooked on low flame with jaggery or carmelized sugar until it turns into a smooth, creamy dessert which is beautifully frozen in small clay utensils. Cook the milk and thicken it a little, add jaggery to it. Cool and add curd and allow it to be set for 6-8 hours. Keep and serve in the fridge.
Curd Kulfi: Mix thick yogurt, condensed milk, cardamom powder, dry fruits and mix all these things and add it to the mold and deposit it in the freezer. In summer, cold kulfi gives great relief.
Curd Shrikhand (Curd Shreekhand): Take the curd 5-6 hours and drain water. Then mix sugar and beat. Serve after cooling. If you want, you can also add dry fruits, mango pulp and rose petals to it.
