Follow these tips to improve the mental health of children-
1- Do not leave the child alone, keep talking to him from time to time. If the child is small then respond to his sounds with words so that he can start understanding language and communication.
2- Do not ignore what the child says, not only listen to him carefully but also respond to him.
3- Do reading with the child. Read to the child. Play games with him that encourage his curiosity and learning. Ask your child to name things – start with their names and the objects around them.
4-Prefer interactive toys for baby to play with.
5- Make sure to massage the body of the child.
6-Stay hygienic and teach others to do the same.
7-Try to eat every meal sitting with the child. Make sure that the child eats his food with his own hands. While doing this, also tell him what he has eaten.
8-Teach the child any art form, music, drawing or dance.
9- Make sure to include soybean or canola oil in the child’s diet.
10- Try to reduce the child’s mobile and screen time.
