Ingredients for making Jackfruit Chips-
200 grams jackfruit pulp
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Rock salt (according to taste)
2 tbsp rice flour
Chili Powder (according to taste)
Olive oil
2 sheets ferment paper

Method to make Jackfruit Chips-
To make jackfruit chips, first clean the jackfruit, wash it thoroughly and cut it into pieces and keep it to dry. After this, when the pieces of jackfruit become dry, add rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and chili powder and coat them well. After mixing all the ingredients well keep them aside.
Now preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Take a baking tray and place a sheet of parched paper on it. Now spread the jackfruit pieces evenly on the tray, sprinkle olive oil and salt and put the tray in the oven and bake the jackfruit for 5 to 10 minutes (till crisp). After a certain time, take out the tray from the oven and let the chips cool down and enjoy them.
