To make Paneer Fried Rice, you will need 150 grams of paneer, 2 cups of boiled basmati rice, 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1/4 cup peas, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup refined oil, salt (as required), 1 handful of coriander leaves, you will need 1 onion, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. To make Paneer Fried Rice, first wash tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic and peas thoroughly. – Then chop all the vegetables finely.
