Most of the children in the Patha region are malnourished and are suffering from serious diseases. The health department has started a unique initiative regarding this.
An initiative for children called Mission Bal Sanvardhan Abhiyan has been started. The health department team is organizing camps to identify malnourished children and providing them free treatment after examining them. Also, if needed, they are sending them to the district hospital for treatment.
Malnourished children will be marked
For information, let us tell you that in Chitrakoot, an initiative Mission Bal Samvardhan Abhiyan has been started with the help of Dr. Pawan of RBSK and Child Development Project Officer Anuj Pratap Singh. In which the team of the health department will set up sector-wise camps in the village and identify malnourished, severely malnourished and sick children there. After this, the children will be given free treatment in the village itself and if needed, they will be treated in hospitals. Let us tell you that this campaign will continue till Patha becomes malnourished free.
Malnourished children will be treated by organizing camps
Dr. Pawan Singh of RBSK, Chitrakoot told Local 18 that malnutrition among children is a serious disease in the entire district, from Patha region. For this, the government is also treating children by running campaigns from time to time. But, this time the team of RBSK and Child Development Project will identify malnourished children by setting up camps according to villages and sectors and they will be treated free of cost on the spot. Also, children whose condition does not improve will be admitted to NRC. Under this campaign, the district will be freed from malnutrition.
