Besan cheela is a healthy option to eat for breakfast. A delicious gram flour cheela is prepared in very low oil. Children and elders also eat gram flour cheela with great taste. You can also give gram flour cheela in children’s school tiffin. However, some people complain that the gram flour is tightened by keeping the cheela. For this, while dissolving gram flour, add a special thing. You have to add 1 teaspoon of curd to it while preparing the gram flour solution. With this, keeping gram flour cheela will not be tough even after keeping it and children will eat it with taste. Know how to make a very soft, soft and soft gram flour cheela?

To make the gram flour cheela soft, you have to take care of some special things while preparing the solution. The most important of which is to prepare gram flour solution. Which can make the cheela soft and hard.



To make the cheela soft, keep the gram flour dissolved some time ago. Dissolve the gram flour about 1 hour in advance. Apart from this, mix 1 teaspoon of curd while dissolving in gram flour. Yes, yogurt should be fresh, besides mix a tea spoon of oil.



However, keep this quantity of oil and curd while making about 10 chilas. If you are making 2-4 cheela, then keep the quantity less accordingly. Now mix all the spices like salt, chilli, turmeric, green coriander, celery, cumin and asafoetida as per as it is.



Prepare a smooth solution by whipping all the things by putting water in gram flour. You can also add finely chopped onion and green chili to it. The solution should not be too thick or too thin. Now keep it to set. After 10–15 minutes, whisk 2–3 times in the middle.



Now heat the griddle and apply light oil on it. Now take 1 tablespoon of gram flour and spread on the pan. Keep in mind that cheela should not be very thin. Flip the cheela and bake it well from both sides. This cheela will remain soft even after keeping it for a long time.



Give children a soft cheela of gram flour in tiffin. You can eat it with green chutney or sauce. You can also try cheela with tea. Instead of breakfast, you can also eat cheela in snacks.
