alum for skin pigmentation
Alum is considered helpful in many skin problems. Earlier, people used alum to clean facial blemishes and sunburnt skin after shaving. Actually, its special thing is that it is full of bleaching properties and hence works as an excellent cleanser. Apart from this, it is full of anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and hence it is helpful in reducing skin infections. But, today we will only know how blackened skin due to pigmentation can be cleaned with alum.
How to remove blackness with alum-
Alum and rose water- You can use alum and rose water in many ways. But the most effective method is to make alum like powder and add rose water to it. After this, apply it on those places where the skin has turned black. After about 15 minutes of applying this, scrub the skin and wash it with cold water.
Alum and coconut oil- You can use alum and coconut oil in two ways. First of all, you can grind alum and mix it with coconut oil and apply it on your skin. Another method is a scrub in which coconut oil and alum powder are mixed in 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then apply a thick paste of it on the pigmentation area. Massage gently and then wipe it with a cloth. You will see the difference with regular use.
Alum and Glycerine- Alum is rich in powerful antioxidant properties and nourishes the skin from within. Glycerine helps in retaining moisture and is helpful in reducing pigmentation by hydrating the skin. So, break alum, mix it with glycerin and use it for blackening skin. So, in all these ways you can use alum for darkening skin.
