Walnut is beneficial in these skin problems:
Reduce wrinkles: To reduce facial wrinkles, apply walnut scrub twice a week. Its regular use removes fine lines and wrinkles. Grind two walnuts and add one spoon of sugar and honey to it. Apply this scrub on the face in circular motion.
Make skin glowing: Apply walnut face pack to remove blemishes from the skin. Mix 2 teaspoons walnut powder with a little coconut oil, 1 teaspoon rose water, 1 teaspoon honey and make a paste. Apply this paste on the face. When the paste dries, wash the face with water.
Reduces hyperpigmentation: Walnuts contain vitamins B5 and E, which may help reduce hyperpigmentation and promote an even complexion. You can apply its face pack.
Beneficial for dry skin: Walnut oil is a natural moisturizer that rejuvenates dry and dull skin. The omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins B and E present in it nourish the skin.
It is also beneficial in skin psoriasis: If you have problem of skin psoriasis then use walnut oil. Its oil also removes skin psoriasis rashes.
