Poha recipe
Creating poha in breakfast can prove to be a healthy option. But often the poha is not able to feed. To make poha, you will give 400 grams of poha, 2-3 medium sized onions, one-fourth cup of raw peanut, a spoon cumin, a small spoon, salt, half spoon sugar, 4 big spoon oil, a pinch of asafoetida, 6 curry leaves , 6 finely chopped green chillies, half spoon turmeric powder, one spoon lemon juice and 2 big spoon finely chopped green coriander will be required.
First step- To make poha, take out the poha in a sieve and wash it thoroughly. Pohe should have moisture but avoid mashing poha to make feeding poha.
Second step- Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After this, add peanuts in hot oil and fry it well.
Third step- After this, add cumin and mustard to the remaining oil and fry them too. When the cumin seeds are roasted, then add asafetida, curry leaves and finely chopped onion and fry it.
Fourth step- Finally add turmeric and green chillies to the pan and fry it. Now you have to put a little pohe in the pan, which can make the poha feed.
Fifth step- After mixing everything well, you have to add salt and sugar in the pohe. To increase the test of pohe, you should also mix lemon juice, peanuts and finely chopped green coriander in it.
Sixth step- Run the pohe well and then cook it for about two minutes and turn off the gas.
