Recently, the Delhi government announced a new scheme to provide economic benefits to women in the state during its budget session. Delhi Finance Minister Atishi Marlena gave this information. This scheme is named Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana
Under this, financial assistance of Rs 12000 will be given to women annually. That means one thousand rupees per month. If we talk about starting this scheme. In such a situation, Lok Sabha elections are going to be held around April-May in India. And meanwhile, the code of conduct will remain in force. Hence the plan is expected to be commissioned by July.
What to do to take advantage of this scheme?
This scheme of Delhi government is for women over 18 years of age of the state. If a woman is getting the benefit of a pension scheme of the Delhi government. So they will not be given benefits under this scheme. Only those women will get the benefit of this scheme. People who do not do government jobs. And those who do not come under the scope of tax paying. For this, women will also have to sign a self-declaration letter.
