Self-confidence is a power that not only enhances our personality, but also makes the way to move forward in life. Whether it is school-college, job, business or personal relationship-confidence has an important role. But often people think that confidence is a congenital quality. Whereas the truth is that confidence is a quality that can be developed gradually by changing daily habits and thinking. Here we are telling some effective measures with the help of which you can increase your confidence everyday.

1. Start the day with positive thinking
As soon as you wake up in the morning, if you think in your mind that “Today will be a good day” or “whatever I do in it”, then this positive energy remains with you all day. Positive thinking strengthens self-power and gradually leads confidence to height.

2. Keep your goals small and meet them
When you are unable to meet them by making big goals, then there is a lack of disappointment and confidence. Instead make a small goal for daily – as it gets up at times, reading a chapter of a book, or finishing one office on time. When you meet these goals, there is a satisfaction that increases confidence.

3. Pay attention to physical fitness
A healthy soul resides in a healthy body. Regular exercise, yoga or a little walk also improve your mood and the morale is strengthened by hormone balance. When you feel fit yourself, the confidence starts reflecting on its own.

4. Make a list of your achievements
Often we forget what we have achieved in life and feel small by comparing others. Write the small and big achievements you have done at the end of every day-to help someone, face some fear or to complete some work on time. This habit will make you feel your self-values.

5. Avoid negative thinking and comparison
Many times we start assessing ourselves less by seeing the success of others. Social media promotes this thinking even more. Remember, everyone’s journey is different and the story of everyone’s struggle is also different. Compare yourself, not others. What you were, and those who are today – just improve it.

6. Learn to express gratitude
Every day there is something for which we can be thankful – family, friend, health or any opportunity. Write 3 things in Gratitude Journal every evening for which you are grateful. This practice will make you positive towards life and bring stability in confidence.

7. Spend time with positive people
Those you spend with time have an impact on your way of thinking and behaving. If you have inspirational, happy and positive thinking people around you, then they will also have an impact on your confidence.
