According to yoga guru Baba Ramdev, making small changes in diet and lifestyle can help in weight loss. Swami Ramdev has given five such tips, by following which you can lose up to 10 kg in a month by following daily.
Nutritional porridge: A khichdi told by Baba Ramdev is known as a nutritious khichdi. Fortified because it contains the right amount of protein, carbs, vitamins and minerals. For this, mix 100 grams of oatmeal, 100 grams of millet, 100 grams of peeled moong dal, 100 grams of brown rice, 1/3 teaspoon carom seeds, 10 grams of white or black sesame seeds, and now your khichdi mix is ready. Now take 50 grams of it and make it to eat.
Consume less sugar: Experts say that the main reason for increasing obesity is sugar. Therefore, to get rid of belly fat and obesity, the consumption of sugar and salt should be reduced at all. Along with this, if you want to reduce obesity, then include vitamins in the diet. Eat nuts, fruits and leafy vegetables. Consumption of vitamin C like lemon, guava, orange papaya is beneficial for those people who want to lose weight. It burns fat.
Kapalbhati and Vajrasana: Baba Ramdev tells that by doing Kapalbhati every day, at least 10 kg of weight can be reduced within 45 days. Swami Ramdev tells that after eating food, sit in Vajrasana state for a few minutes. Obesity can be reduced by adopting this remedy.
fasting: Experts say that fasting once a week is very important to reduce the increasing weight. Because by fasting, blood pressure and cholesterol level are controlled. Apart from this, Swami Ramdev tells that by doing Tiryak Tadasana, Trikonasana, Konasana, Padastha Asana and Chakki Asana regularly, the increased weight can be controlled.
