What is Japanese walk?

The Japanese walk is also called Japanese Interval Walking. In this, interval walking training (IWT) is adopted. The style of this walk has especially developed by the people of Japan. In the Japanese walk, you have to walk fast and slow. You have to walk in turn in which you have to walk for 3 minutes fast or run, then 3 minutes normal. In this way you have to walk for 30 minutes daily. This walk has interval in the middle, so it is also called interval walking.

Benefits of Japanese walk

First- People are considering the Japanese walk as more effective than walking 10 thousand steps. According to experts, interval walking is more beneficial for health. This does not put pressure on the legs and bones. People of any age should do it for 30 minutes daily. The Japanese walk keeps blood pressure normal and reduces the risk of stroke. Walking in this way improves mood.

Second- Japanese walk is effective in increasing immunity and improving sleep. Many research has revealed that the walk from this technique is good for heart health. This improves your overall fitness. At the beginning of the Japanese walk, walk normal for 3-5 minutes, then keep moving slowly and fast. Finish the walk with a 5 minute cool down.
