Marital life is considered very sacred in Hinduism and it has special significance of husband and wife in every auspicious work. It is considered mandatory to sit together during the puja recitation, but often the question arises that during this time the wife should sit on the way? According to the scriptures and astrology beliefs, it has a special rule, by following which the full fruits of worship are obtained. Let’s know.
Why is there auspicious to sit on the right side of the wife in worship?
According to religious beliefs and astrology, the wife should always sit on the right (right) of her husband during the worship. This condition is considered auspicious and there are many important reasons behind it. The right side is considered a symbol of devotion, karma and duty. When the husband and wife worship God together, it shows that they are performing their religious duties together. The wife’s sitting on the right reflects this devotion and concentration. In special religious rituals such as Yajna, Havan, Kanyadaan, Shishkaran or Annaprashan, the wife is considered appropriate to sit on the right side of the husband. This gives full fruits of these rituals.
According to some beliefs, the right part is the place of power and it is considered auspicious to have power during worship. The wife is considered to be the form of power, so it is important to have her right to the right to the success of worship. Some scholars also add it to Lord Shiva’s Ardhanarishwar form, where male and female meet in the same body. The wife’s sitting on the right side during worship is a symbol of this unity and perfection.
Husband and wife should not make this mistake in worship
In Hinduism, it is considered necessary to sit together in the worship of husband and wife. It is believed that a husband should never sit in any worship without his wife. It is believed that doing so does not give full results of worship. But why do you want other tasks? But while the wife sits on the right of her husband in religious and karma related works like worship, in other worldly works, she is practiced to sit on the left side of her husband. In the scriptures, the wife is called ‘Vamangi’, which means the owner of the left limb. There are some special beliefs behind it. According to mythological beliefs, women originated from the left limb of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati also sits on the left side of Lord Shiva. The left part is considered a symbol of love, compassion, affection and feelings associated with household life. While eating food, taking blessings, while sleeping and while touching the feet, the wife’s husband’s husband’s left is considered auspicious.
