Haryana Government has now announced to implement Jai Jawan Housing Scheme for active army personnel and retired soldiers. Through this scheme the government will provide houses to the soldiers.
Only the soldiers of the state will be able to get the benefit of this scheme of the state government. The benefit of this scheme will be available only to those soldiers who do not already have a house. Those soldiers who already have a house will not be benefited under this scheme. Apart from Jai Jawan Awas Yojana, Haryana Government is also preparing to launch Veer Udaan Yojana for the soldiers of the state. Under this scheme, business training and skill certificates will be given to retired soldiers of the state. Under the scheme, Rs 50 thousand will also be sent to ex-servicemen through direct benefit transfer. After completion of training, ex-servicemen will get opportunities to work in the private sector.
Haryana Chief Minister Naib Saini has also made a big announcement for the fire fighters of the state. In his first term itself, he had said that he would give a government job to every Agniveer. And now after being re-elected, he has made it clear that all the Agni Veer of the state will be given a government job, along with this they will also be given an interest-free loan of up to Rs 10 lakh for 5 years.
