In 2013, the sexual harassment of women was passed at the work site. This law calls the sexual harassment of women illegal at the site. This law is made for every woman who has sexual harassment at any work site. The work place can be any office/office, whether it is private institution or while making a government complaint, the incident has not been reduced for more than three months, and if more than one incident has taken place, then the time is for three months from the date of the last incident.
Women have the right to live with dignity and decency: Women have got the right to live with dignity and decency. Any medical examination of a female accused person should be done by another woman or in her presence so that her right to dignity can be protected. It is illegal to do any kind of physical or mental examination in the presence of male officers only.
The right to get alimony to the wife after female money and divorce: Alimony (maintenance, aid or maintenance) is the financial assistance that is provided to the spouse after divorce. Under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, the wife or husband is provided permanent alimony for her maintenance and maintenance.
Right to safe abortion: The Supreme Court has explained the provisions of the medical closing of the womb, saying that all women married and unmarried have the right to eliminate the pregnancy of up to 24 weeks in a lawful manner. In fact, till now only married women had the right to eliminate the womb of more than 20 weeks and less than 24 weeks.
