The rent agreement is a kind of legal document. Both the tenant and the landlord have to follow the conditions written inside the rent agreement. During the period of the rent agreement, the landlord cannot even ask the tenant to vacate the house. If there is some kind of quarrel between the tenant and the landlord. Therefore, the rent agreement is also used to show in the court.

Whenever someone takes a house on rent. So he will have to pay some money as security money. It has been seen many times that the landlords demand arbitrary money as security money. Which becomes difficult to give to the tenants. Let us tell you that under the Rent Control Act, no landlord can ask the tenant as a security money fare for more than two months. Therefore, you should already confirm and clear how much security money you have to give.

When someone is on rent, he has to pay a maintenance fee. It has different rates in different places. But apart from this, many things are installed by the landlord in the houses. Such as fans, lights, fridge and AC. If there is any malfunction in them, then who will fix them, it should also be cleaned by its landlord. With this, the house starts to break down. So you should also know what percentage of the amount you have to pay to fix it.
