This is the simplest eye exercise. To do this, you have to blink your eyes rapidly for 10 seconds and then rest them by closing them for 20 seconds.

To prevent damage to the eyes due to working on the screen for a long time, you can do this 20-20-20 rule eye exercise. Doing this exercise gives relief to the eyes. In this exercise, every 20 minutes, keep an object at a distance of 20 feet and look at it for 20 seconds. Doing this reduces eye strain and improves vision.
