Jammu News Desk!! A fierce encounter took place between terrorists and security forces in the Chatru forests of Kishtwar district in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday evening. Two army personnel have been martyred and two soldiers have been injured in this encounter. According to reports, the security forces had received information about the presence of terrorists here. During the search operation in the forests, the terrorists started firing indiscriminately. The martyred soldiers include Naib Subedar Bipin Kumar and Constable Arvind Singh, while the injured include Constable Musadik Shafiq Wani of 11 National Rifles and Sahil Thakur of Bhandarkot. Both these injured soldiers have been taken to the Command Hospital in Udhampur. The police spokesperson said that the encounter started during a search operation, when an operation was launched in search of terrorists in the forests of Pingnal Dugda. This forest is located in the upper part of Nadgham village of Chatru.
