New Delhi, September 13 (IANS). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court in the alleged scam case related to the excise policy matter. He is reported to be coming out of jail on Friday. After which he will interact with the common people.
Expressing happiness over this decision of the Supreme Court, Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha has expressed happiness over Arvind Kejriwal’s release from jail.
He wrote on his social media platform handle, “Welcome back. We missed you. Truth can be troubled but never defeated! Finally, the honourable Supreme Court has given its decision to release Delhi’s son Arvind Kejriwal from the shackles of jail. Thanks to the honourable Supreme Court!”
Delhi Education Minister Atishi wrote on her ex handle, “Satyamev Jayate… Truth can be troubled, but not defeated.”
Manish Sisodia, on his X handle, shared a photo of Arvind Kejriwal holding the tricolour in his hand and wrote, “Today, truth has once again won in the fight against lies and conspiracies. Once again, I bow down to the thinking and foresight of Baba Saheb Ambedkar ji, who had strengthened the common man against any future dictator 75 years ago.”
Let us tell you that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got bail from the Supreme Court in the alleged scam case related to the excise policy. He got bail from the Supreme Court after depositing two sureties of Rs 10 lakh each. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has banned making public comments regarding this case. The Supreme Court has said that Kejriwal should cooperate in the case. Kejriwal has already got bail in the CBI case as well. While hearing the Kejriwal case, both the judges have given different views.
