New Delhi, 21 March (IANS). Taking a big decision on Friday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has given Saurabh Bhardwaj the responsibility of the party president in Delhi. The party has made him the new state president of Delhi in place of former minister and MLA from Babarpur Gopal Rai. The party has appointed presidents in two states and party in -charge in four states.
This decision has been taken in the meeting of Aam Aadmi Party’s Political Affairs Committee (PAC). Let us know that the change in the state president in Delhi has happened at a time when AAP has lost in the assembly elections in the capital.
Saurabh Bhardwaj contested from Delhi’s Greater Kailash assembly seat election. However, he had to face defeat at the hands of BJP’s Shikha Rai.
‘AAP’ won 22 seats in the Delhi Assembly. At the same time, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was successful in forming a government in the state after 27 years with 48 seats.
Apart from this, the Aam Aadmi Party has appointed Gopal Rai in charge of Gujarat, while Durgesh Pathak has been given the responsibility of co -in -charge.
The party has given the responsibility of Punjab to former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia. He is assigned the responsibility of the state in -charge, while co -incharge Satyendar Jain has been appointed.
The Aam Aadmi Party has made Pankaj Gupta in -charge of Goa and Ankush Narang, Abhaas Chandela and Deepak Singla as co -incharge.
At the same time, the party has made Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak in charge of Chhattisgarh. Apart from this, in Jammu and Kashmir, the Aam Aadmi Party has entrusted the responsibility of the state president to Mehraj Malik. Please tell that Mehraj Malik is the only MLA of ‘AAP’ in Malik Valley.
Former Delhi CM Atishi congratulated Saurabh Bhardwaj on becoming the state president of Delhi. At the same time, Gopal Rai congratulated the in-charge of Gujarat and Durgesh Pathak on becoming co-integrated.
He also congratulated Pankaj Gupta on becoming in charge of Goa and also on getting special charge of Chhattisgarh to National Organization Minister Sandeep Pathak.
